These terms apply to the use of the Shree Lotus Travels website and to enquiries and bookings made with Shree Lotus Travels for cab and coach rentals and related travel assistance.
Use of This Website
The information on this site is provided for general guidance about our services. We aim to keep it accurate and current, but details such as routes, destinations and service availability may change. Please confirm the specifics with us before you travel.
Rental Bookings
Cab bookings are confirmed on enquiry. The vehicle category, itinerary, duration and applicable charges are agreed at the time of booking. Vehicle allocation may change for operational reasons, in which case we will provide a vehicle of a comparable category wherever possible.
Itinerary and Travel Assistance
Any journey plan we suggest is guidance based on the information you give us. Actual travel times depend on road, traffic, weather and other conditions outside our control. Customers are free to book a vehicle for a single journey or a multi-day requirement without taking any additional service.
Accommodation Assistance
Accommodation assistance is an optional convenience. Where we help arrange a stay, the contract for that stay is between you and the hotel or resort, and their terms, house rules and cancellation conditions apply. You are free to arrange your own accommodation.
Prices and Availability
Prices are quoted at the time of enquiry and depend on the route, vehicle category, duration, season and availability. A quotation is valid only for the booking it was issued for. This website does not publish fixed fares.
Customer Responsibilities
Please give accurate travel details, arrive at the agreed pickup point on time, carry valid identification where required, and follow the reasonable instructions of drivers and operating staff. Shree Lotus Travels is not responsible for a missed departure resulting from late arrival or incorrect details.
Delays and Route Changes
Departure and arrival times are estimates. Journeys may be delayed, rerouted or rescheduled because of traffic, weather, road conditions, mechanical issues, regulatory restrictions or other events outside our control. We will inform you as early as we reasonably can and help you with alternatives where possible.
Third-Party Services
Some services are delivered by vehicle operators, drivers, hotels and other providers. Where Shree Lotus Travels arranges such a service on your behalf, that provider is responsible for the standard of the service it delivers.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Shree Lotus Travels is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed onward connections, missed events or lost accommodation costs arising from delays or circumstances outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Travellers are encouraged to arrange their own travel insurance.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
